David Hansen-Miller, PhD

I am an accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council.  I am a full member of the British Psychotherapy Foundation and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCS21-00529).

I did my clinical training at the University of Exeter and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.  I did a PhD on psychosocial approaches to gender and violence at Queen Mary, University of London. I have also trained as a group work practitioner at the Institute of Group Analysis.  I am a Lecturer on the Clinical Doctorate in Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the University of Exeter.
